I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Birmingham Bordesley, especially because of the amazing staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Silvia, Dayana, and Ousman went above and beyond to assist with any request, making my experience feel personal and welcoming. However, the temperature in my room was quite uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning, which affected my sleep. Overall, the convenience of the location and the friendly atmosphere made it a good stay, despite the heat.
